I have another chocolate chip chaffle recipe, so this will be different. I also recommend the Dash panini maker for when you want to make sandwich chaffles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tbsp almond flour

  • 1 eggs

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/2 tbsp Granulated Swerve

  • 2 tablespoon low carb chocolate chips like Lily’s chocolate chips

Directions

  • Plug in your waffle maker.
  • In a small bowl mix the mozzarella cheese, almond flour, egg, cinnamon, swerve and chocolate chips.
  • Add half the keto chocolate chip Chaffle batter to the Dish Mini waffle maker at a time. Cook chaffle batter in the waffle maker for 4 minutes.
  • When the first one is completely done cooking cook the second one.
  • Let each chaffle sit for 1-2 minutes on a plate to firm up. Enjoy alone , sprinkled with powdered sugar or whipped cream on top.
